We work in partnership with King County's Behavioral Health and Recovery Division (BHRD) to:
Advance the skills of the behavioral health workforce by providing financial support for training and education.
Support career development through tuition assistance, professional development, and licensure reimbursement.
Increase workforce diversity by expanding opportunities for underrepresented professionals in behavioral health.
BEAM is open to eligible workers within the King County Integrated Care Network (KCICN) and Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organizations (BHASO). Our resources help workers in behavioral health agencies access critical career advancement opportunities.
